Government Polytechnic College, Ezhukone, was established in the year 2004, under the Directorate of Technical Education in Kollam District. Initially the College was started in the infrastructure of Government Technical High School, Ezhukone. Mr. Raju G was the first Principal. Initially the college was started with three Diploma branches in Engineering – Computer Hardware Engineering, Electronics and Communication and Mechanical Engineering. The college had an initial intake of 63 students each. The college was located in the center point of kollam district and students from any place inside the district can easily access by Rail / Road means of transportation.Know More Know More
